Stereolithography (SLA) is a high-precision and high-resolution 3D printing technology that uses lasers to print out parts layer by layer through a light-cured liquid resin. SLA printed parts have smooth surfaces, precise details, and dimensional accuracy of up to 0.1 mm, which can be directly used in small batch production of end products, and are also widely used in rapid prototyping and verification. Compared with FDM,SLA has no interlayer lines and higher printing accuracy. Stereolithography is an additive manufacturing technique that uses ultraviolet light to irradiate and selectively cure photosensitive liquid resins to build parts by precisely curing them layer by layer. Support structures need to be set up before printing and manually removed after printing. The printed parts need to be cleaned in a solvent solution to remove the uncured resin and then post-cured in a UV oven. Stereolithography enables high-precision 3D printing by precisely curing the resin layer by layer with ultraviolet light.
