When we use carbon steel stamping elbow, we should pay attention to the connection of some production steps.
1. Chrome stainless steel stamping elbow has certain corrosion resistance (oxidizing acid, organic acid, cavitation), heat resistance and wear resistance. It is usually used for power plant, chemical industry, petroleum and other equipment and materials. The weldability of chrome stainless steel stamping elbow is poor, so attention should be paid to the welding process, the premise of heat treatment and the selection of appropriate welding electrodes.
2. Chrome nickel stainless steel stamping elbow has good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and is widely used in chemical, fertilizer, petroleum and medical machinery manufacturing.
3. Chromium 13 stainless steel stamping elbow has greater hardenability after welding and is easy to crack. If the same type of chrome stainless steel stamping elbow welding rod is used for welding, preheating above 300 ℃ and slow cooling treatment at about 700 ℃ after welding must be carried out. If the weldment cannot undergo post weld heat treatment, chrome nickel stainless steel stamping elbow shall be selected.
4. When chrome nickel stainless steel stamping elbow is welded, carbide is precipitated by repeated heating, reducing corrosion resistance and mechanical function.
5. Chromium nickel stainless steel stamping elbow coating includes titanium calcium type and low hydrogen type. Titanium calcium type can be used for AC and DC, but the penetration is shallow during AC welding, and it is easy to redden at the same time, so the stainless steel stamping elbow should use DC power supply as far as possible.
