The products of each enterprise are different, and the hand models need to be made are also different. Therefore, the manufacturing materials may also be different, but the main processing materials include the following:

 (1) Abs: widely used in general product shell, with good fusion strength. It can be applied to surface metallization engineering, such as water electroplating and vacuum evaporation electroplating. The material specifications include plate, round bar, etc.

 (2) PMMA: acrylic, or plexiglass. It is a good transparent part and the material for making the best transparency. It can be applied with dyeing, electroplating, spraying, screen printing and other methods. The fusion strength is acceptable, but brittleness is its weakness, which is not suitable for the weak parts of hook and other mechanisms.

 (3) PP: translucent material with good impact resistance and excellent flexibility. It can be applied to the production requirements with strict impact resistance conditions, such as automotive products, folding packaging boxes, etc.

 (4) PC: material with good strength, toughness and transparency, which is suitable for the production of lens and fine structure parts. In addition, glass fiber is added to improve the rigidity and heat resistance of the plate, which can be used to make parts that need to maintain high rigidity in high temperature environment.

 (5) Aluminum magnesium alloy: light in weight and good in strength. It is a consumable material that 3C likes to choose. The disadvantage is that magnesium is a flammable metal, environmental control is very important during machining, and the risk of model making is high. There are many machining projects after die casting during production, which is a high-cost application material.

 (6) POM: commonly known as saigang or seigang, it is the third largest general plastic. It is suitable for making wear-resistant parts, transmission parts, chemical and instrument parts. It has good acid-base stability. It is an engineering plastic with excellent comprehensive properties. Good physical, mechanical and chemical properties, especially excellent friction resistance.

 (7) PBT: milky white, translucent to opaque, crystalline thermoplastic polyester. It has high heat resistance, toughness, fatigue resistance, self lubrication, low friction coefficient, weather resistance and low water absorption, which is only 0.1%. It still maintains various physical properties (including electrical properties) and electrical insulation in humid environment, but has large dielectric loss.
