2、 Cracks: refers to the tension cracks, top cracks, cold cracks due to too low mold temperature, and shrinkage cracks.
3、 Shrinkage: It refers to the casting surface is uneven and concave.
4、 Air: refers to air holes at the feed inlet of the casting, at the overflow slag ladle, on the surface of the casting, and inside the casting.
5、 Stripping: It means that there is a thin layer of purple peeling on the surface of the casting. We call it peeling. Some are thick, some are thin, and some are very small. Some are thin, and the other side is separated from the casting body.
