The principle of indirect printing and perfect printing effect solve the problems of surface decoration of many products.

Process flow of water transfer printing: making water transfer paper → soaking the paper → pattern transfer → drying → finished product

1. Production of water transfer printing paper: the negative film is output for printing plate after computer processing according to the required pattern, and then various patterns are printed on the water transfer base paper (the specially processed paper does not need to be processed), and the cover oil is printed on the base paper with the printed pattern Another method is to use a color laser printer to print the pattern directly on the water transfer base paper, and then carry out water transfer printing.

2. Soak the flower paper Put the printed flower paper into water, soak it for 30s, then take it out of the water, and then it can be transported Note that the soaking time should not be too long, otherwise the glue on the paper surface will be dissolved

3. Pattern transfer First, the surface of the pasted object shall be treated, then the soaked flower paper shall be transferred to it, and then the excess water shall be scraped off and dried.

4. Dry Metal, ceramic, glass and other types of items are put into the oven and baked for 140 minutes; Bake plastic articles at 70 ℃ for 60min; Candles, helmets or reinforced glass are not baked.

5. Finished products Spray a layer of transparent varnish, matte oil and rubber oil on the flower surface of baked goods, and dry it for 12 hours to permanently combine the flower surface with the decoration It’s ok if you don’t do this project, but the fastness is poor.
