3. The guide rail oil of the grinder should be replaced and added in time. Generally, if the oil in the oil mirror is turbid or black, it should be replaced every 3-6 months, the first three months, and the next six months.
4. Please use professional lubricating oil for grinder guide rail, generally 32 # guide rail oil is preferred.
5. Regularly check whether the steel cable of the grinding machine workbench is loose, and lock it to prevent breakage or affect the feel accuracy.
6. Regularly clean the guide rail of the workbench to prevent iron chips from wearing the guide rail surface, which will affect the accuracy of the guide rail. Clean it with gasoline rags. Gently remove the debris embedded in the wear plate with a blade. The above actions shall be conducted under the guidance of professionals or handled by the grinder manufacturer’s master.
7. Regularly check whether the machine body is unstable and level during operation.
