Working principle of automatic numerical control lathe
Machining parts on automatic CNC lathe usually goes through the following steps:
1) According to the drawings and process plans of the processed parts, the program sheet shall be prepared with the specified code and program format and recorded on the carrier.
2) The program on the program carrier is input into the CNC unit through the input device.
3) After processing the input program, the CNC unit sends a signal to the servo system of each coordinate of the machine tool.
4) The servo system drives the moving parts of the machine tool and controls necessary auxiliary operations according to the signals sent by the CNC unit.
5) The mechanical parts of the machine tool drive the relative motion of the cutter and the workpiece to process the required workpiece.
6) The movement of the machine tool is detected and fed back to the CNC unit through the feedback device to reduce the processing error. Of course, there is no detection and feedback system for open-loop CNC machine tools.
