What are the reasons for the throwing and picking failure of the patch machine? How to solve it? First of all, it is necessary to make clear whether the feeding of the patch machine is uneven and unable to get the material, or whether the suction nozzle is of the wrong size. Is it because the suction nozzle is deformed or the position is wrong? What do you think of the throwing material of the mounter? It is suggested that in case of material throwing or picking failure, stop the operation of the mounter first, and then check and eliminate the failure of suction nozzle, components, feeder and program. Throwing refers to throwing the materials into the throwing box or other places after they are sucked into the PCB, or performing one of the above throwing actions without sucking the materials. What are the reasons for throwing? How to solve it?

Cause 1: the nozzle is in doubt, the nozzle is deformed, blocked, damaged, resulting in lack of air pressure, air leakage, resulting in failure to absorb materials, improper picking, and throwing materials without identification.

Solution: clean and replace the suction nozzle;

Cause 2: the identification system is questionable, the vision is poor, the vision or laser lens is not cleaned, there are sundries interfering with the identification, the identification light source is improperly selected and the intensity and gray level are not enough, and the identification system may be damaged.

Solution: clean and wipe the appearance of the identification system, keep it clean and free from foreign matters, adjust the intensity and gray level of the light source, and replace the identification system components;

Cause 3: orientation problem: the reclaiming is not in the center of the material, and the reclaiming height is incorrect (generally, it is subject to 0.05mm pressing down after hitting zero), resulting in deviation. The reclaiming is not correct and offset. The identification is inconsistent with the corresponding data parameters and is discarded as invalid material by the identification system.

Solution: adjust the reclaiming direction;

Cause 4: the vacuum is doubtful, the air pressure is insufficient, the vacuum gas pipe channel is not smooth, the vacuum channel is blocked by a guide, or the vacuum is leaked, resulting in the lack of air pressure and the material cannot be picked up or falls on the way to paste after picking up.

Solution: adjust the pressure gradient to the required pressure value of the equipment (e.g. 0.5 ~ ~ 0.6MPa), clean the pressure pipeline, and repair the air leakage path;

Cause 5: program query: the component parameters in the modified program are not set correctly, and they are not consistent with the parameters such as the size and brightness of the incoming materials, so they can not be recognized and are discarded.

Solution: modify the component parameters and search for the best parameter setting of the component;

Reason 6: the incoming materials are irregular, and are unqualified products such as pin oxidation.

Solution: IQC shall conduct incoming inspection and contact with component suppliers;

Cause 7: the feeder is in doubt, the orientation of the feeder is deformed, and the feeding of the feeder is poor (the ratchet gear of the feeder is damaged, the feeding belt hole is not stuck on the ratchet gear of the feeder, there is foreign matter under the feeder, the spring is aging, or the electrical is poor), resulting in the material being thrown out due to the lack of reclaiming or poor reclaiming, and the feeder is damaged.

Solution: adjust the feeder, clean the feeder platform, and replace the damaged parts or feeder.

When there is a problem of material throwing that needs to be solved, we can first ask the on-site personnel, describe it, and then directly find the problem according to the investigation and analysis. In this way, we can find out the problem more effectively, solve it, and improve the production power together, so as to not take up too much time for the production of the machine.

Definition of abnormal phenomenon of picking up of the patch machine: the software increases the number of throwing materials to five times, and automatically stops and the buzzer buzzes for a long time.

Reason 1: large deviation of the picking position of the placement machine leads to leakage or deviation.

Solution: manually calibrate the picking coordinates of Feida.

Reason 2: the position deviation of the suction nozzle caused by the collision of the suction nozzle of the mounter.

Solution: recalibrate the position of the suction nozzle.

Cause 3: the mounter Feida is abnormal.

Solution: the material tray is stuck, the material belt film is stuck and the material belt cannot be torn, and the material belt is stuck in the material belt outlet channel, etc.

Reason 4: the air pressure of the mounter is too high, resulting in material jumping.

Solution: reduce the air pressure

Reason 5: the air pressure of the mounter is too low, resulting in too slow discharge.

Solution: adjust atmospheric pressure

Reason 6: for special materials, the material is scraped by the tablet press at the outlet of the SMT machine, resulting in material jumping.

Solution: take down Feida, polish the protruding part of the discharge tablet with a file or break the discharge tablet upwards.

Reason 7: the placement machine with a diameter of more than 8mm reaches the material, and the gear dislocation occasionally occurs.

Solution: push the material manually, pushing one gear position at a time until there is no dislocation of the material.

Reason 8: insufficient vacuum of the mounter leads to abnormal picking.

Solution: check the vacuum pump and the corresponding air circuit.

The abnormal throwing and reclaiming of the mounter will reduce the output power and increase the time cost. It is suggested that the normal operation can be restored by troubleshooting one by one according to the reasons described in this article.
