Lost casting

Vanishing mold casting is an advanced casting technology, which uses the mold made of volatile mold materials for casting. After the casting solidifies, the mold evaporates and disappears by heating. In the process of lost mold casting, the interaction between the mold metal and the casting metal is very small. After the solidification of the casting metal, the mold is heated to volatilize the mold. The "mold" is opened to obtain the formed casting.
