Centrifugal casting

Centrifugal casting is an unconventional casting method that realizes casting forming by centrifugal force. It uses the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation to force the molten metal to flow from the center of the mold to the periphery, and then solidifies and forms on the perimeter of the mold to realize the demoulding of the casting.

The main advantages of centrifugal casting are:

1. High product precision. The centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation is conducive to the realization of homogeneous flow of metal liquid in the mold and precision molding, and high precision and complex shape castings can be obtained, with accuracy up to CT3-CT5.

2. Uniform density. The centrifugal force makes the liquid metal flow uniformly and fill accurately, and the casting density is uniform without obvious shrinkage.

3. High metal utilization rate. High control precision, less waste slag, less metal loss, high material utilization rate.

4. Wide application of metal. Can be applied to iron, steel, copper, aluminum, magnesium and other metals and alloys casting, wide range.

5. Simple equipment. The equipment is mainly high-speed rotating mechanism with low investment.
